1. Who you are agreeing with

These Terms are an agreement between you and Unvale ("we"), the operator of UnCoupe — not with Apple Inc. or Google LLC. We, and not the store you installed the app from, are solely responsible for UnCoupe and its content. If you obtained the app from the App Store, Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you. 2. What UnCoupe is

UnCoupe is a private prediction pool for club football, played among friends: your group chooses which games to follow, you predict the scoreline of each one, you earn points as the real results come in, and you compare scores on a shared leaderboard with group chat. Which competitions are covered changes from season to season.

3. Not gambling

UnCoupe is a free game of skill between friends. The app takes no payments, holds no stakes, offers no prizes and pays no winnings. Any wager your group arranges happens entirely outside the app, is your group's own responsibility, and must comply with the laws that apply to you.

4. Your licence

We grant you a personal, non-transferable licence to use UnCoupe on devices that you own or control. If you obtained the app from the App Store, that licence is also subject to the Usage Rules in the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions (Family Sharing included); if you obtained it from Google Play, the Google Play Terms of Service apply. You must also comply with any third-party terms that apply when you use the app — for example your wireless data agreement.

5. Your account

You sign in with your Apple ID; we never see your password. You are responsible for activity under your account and for the name you choose to display. You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country) to use UnCoupe.

6. Chat and content you post

There is no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users in UnCoupe. Do not post content that is unlawful, hateful, harassing, threatening, pornographic, or that you have no right to share. You can report content and block users from within the app; we act on reports within 24 hours by removing offending content and, where warranted, ejecting the user who posted it. You keep ownership of what you write; you grant us the licence needed to store it and show it to the members of your pool. Group-channel messages expire automatically after 24 hours.

7. Fair play

Predictions lock before kickoff and stay hidden from other players until then. Attempting to tamper with locks, scoring, or other players' data — or to access the service other than through the app — is prohibited.

8. Results and scoring

Match results are entered with care from public sources but may lag or occasionally contain errors. The administrator's corrected result and the resulting recomputed scores are final.

9. Maintenance and support

We are solely responsible for maintenance and support of UnCoupe; reach us at support@unvale.so. Apple has no obligation whatsoever to furnish any maintenance or support services for the app.

10. Warranty

UnCoupe is provided free of charge, "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind to the maximum extent permitted by law. If the app fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund any purchase price you paid (UnCoupe is free, so there is none); to the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation whatsoever, and any other claims, losses, liabilities or costs attributable to a failure to conform to a warranty are our responsibility, not Apple's.

11. Claims

We, not Apple, are responsible for addressing any claims relating to UnCoupe or your use of it, including product liability claims, claims that the app fails to conform to a legal or regulatory requirement, and claims under consumer protection, privacy or similar legislation. If a third party claims that UnCoupe infringes their intellectual property rights, we — not Apple — are solely responsible for the investigation, defence, settlement and discharge of that claim.

12. Legal compliance

You represent and warrant that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo or designated by the U.S. Government as a "terrorist supporting" country, and that you are not listed on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.

13. Ending things

You can stop using UnCoupe at any time and ask for your account and data to be deleted (see the Privacy Policy). We may suspend or terminate accounts that break these Terms. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (such as sections 10–12) survive it.

14. Changes and governing law

We may update these Terms; material changes will be shown in the app, and continuing to use UnCoupe after they take effect means you accept them. These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence.
